SINGLE ATHLETE AND GROUP WORKOUTS

Sessions

 Skill training sessions are 75 to 90 minutes. Groups are limited to 10 athletes total while training. Breakdown of session follows skills work to be 45-50 minutes of learning then to be applied in 15-25 minute block of game plan concepts or scoring competitions to develop better game repetition.
